About Us

After 25 years plus serving the commercial fitness industry - we know a thing or two about exercise options.

The wellness proposition is a big beast these days. At a very personal level – deciding what was important to my health was the key to sourcing a product that allowed me accountability at home without needing to follow the latest trend in fitness.

My personal approach is prioritising time each day to move – whether that be a leisurely walk, a few weighted exercises, a game of racketball (squash version for the less mobile – me!) or some gentle stretching – lengthening exercises (Pilates / yoga). I believe the modern pace of life encourages everything to be done at full force – until it breaks. Recent trends of recovery / and rest days helping to restore some level of health.

For me, a little bit of forward planning, a balanced approach and seeing movement as fundamental as hygiene is the foundation for sound health. Of course, other pillars of health, including nutrition, sleep, and mental health are equally important.

And lastly, having hit the big 50 recently, allocating time to drive to the gym, wait for machines wasn’t really my cup of tea. Time is valuable. I can now get a solid workout done in under 25 minutes – from home.
